SDO CPA Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Who is eligible?
To be eligible to receive referral rewards, you must refer a new customer to SDO CPA.
What is the offer?
If you refer a client who purchases a bookkeeping service, you’ll receive a $150 gift card after their sixth month as a paying client, and they’ll receive a $150 credit toward services at SDO CPA.
If you refer a client who purchases a tax preparation or planning service, you’ll receive a $20 gift card 180 days after the engagement is completed, and they’ll receive a $20 credit toward services at SDO CPA.
How do you define a new customer?
At the time that you referred them, they can’t already have an account with SDO CPA, and they can’t have already been referred by someone else or otherwise registered as a lead with us. The referral must become an SDO CPA customer within 1 year from the referral.
How do I participate?
- Complete the referral form at https://www.sdocpa.com/referrals/
- Send an email to referrals@sdocpa.com with your referral’s contact information (or cc them on the introduction email to referrals@sdocpa.com).
That’s it! We’ll follow up with them about getting them set up with an SDO service.
How will I receive the reward?
After your referral has purchased an SDO service, we will email you your Amazon gift card.
If the total value of cash rewards you have received from SDO CPA exceeds $600 in one year, you’ll need to provide certain W-9 information so that we can comply with government reporting requirements. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the award.
Can I refer multiple companies/people to receive the reward multiple times?
Yes.
Can I receive the referral credit on my account in cash or another payment method?
No. The credit to your account can only be redeemed for services at SDO CPA.
Does the credit on my account expire?
The credit will be on your account for 365 days; after that, it will expire.
