This article will guide you in signing your contracts and engagement letters in the SDO Portal.
Signing Contracts
Signing Contracts on Mobile
1. You’ll receive an email when there is a contract for you to sign that looks like this:
2. After you click on it and log in, you’ll see this screen. Click the Engagement Letter contract.
3. After you click, you’ll get to your contract. Please read it and scroll to the bottom until you see the signature field. You will only see two signature fields if you have another person to sign the contract. Click the “Please sign here” to start signing.
4. After you click the “Please sign here,” it will open a box where you type your full legal name and click the Sign button.
5. After you click Sign from the previous step, you’ll want to click the check box for “I agree to the terms above” and click Sign. You’re done!
You’re done with your contract. If you have another signer, it won’t be done until they sign their portion.
Signing Contracts on Your Computer
1. You’ll receive an email when there is a contract for you to sign that looks like this:
2. After you click on it and log in, you’ll see this screen. Click the Engagement Letter contract.

5. After you click Sign from the previous step, you’ll want to click the check box for “I agree to the terms above” and click Sign. You’re done!
